FAQ SECTION
Yes! You must have a valid driver’s license to rent and drive.
No prior off-road experience is necessary! Our guides will provide a safety briefing and instruction before each tour to ensure you’re comfortable and prepared for the ride.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, and closed-toe shoes. Make sure to wear layers! And a camera to capture the amazing scenery!
We have a fleet of 10 UTVs! You can rent all 10 for your group. Each vehicle seats up to 4 people.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour or fail to show up, you will be charged the full tour price.
Yes, we provide helmets for all tour participants.
Yes. You must be 23 years old to rent the vehicle. You must be 25 years old to drive a minor. You must reach a height requirement in order to ride as passenger.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on the tour. However, we ask that you not bring glass containers. Our gift shop is also filled with snacks and beverages!
Restrooms are not available on the majority of the routes, but mother nature is!
We monitor weather conditions closely and will cancel tours if it’s not safe to proceed. If we cancel your tour due to severe weather, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your tour for another day. But we do operate rain or shine! Our UTV rentals have optional weather insurance. If it rains, get a refund!
If you arrive late for your scheduled tour, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, you may be delayed extra time or cut short of the duration depending on our other bookings.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own safety equipment. However, all safety equipment must meet our safety standards and be approved by our guides.
No. Fuel is charged at the end of your rental at $8 per gallon. Our UTVs are new and Fuel efficent! Jeeps we ask you to fuel up yourself at the end of your ride.
Yes. We require you to carry automobile insurance that covers rental cars (most major carriers do) and provide proof the day of your rental. UTVs you have to purchase coverage the day of your rental.
